Careseekers is an online platform connecting individuals, families and organisations with aged care and disability support workers across Australia.
In this Junior Account Management and Customer Support role you will be responsible for servicing our growing number of partners, as they use our platform to engage care and support workers.
To be successful in this role you must like:
Managing client relationships - you will be responsible for filling the support requests of our clients, responding to client needs and managing client relations.
Customer support you need to enjoy speaking with others and will be assisting customers to find workers, educate customers on how our platform works and solve any problems they may have using the platform.
Being an office allrounder - you will be involved in answering the phones and daily running of the office.
The ideal person for the role must have:
Previous experience servicing partners or clients or experience doing case or account management or a recruitment background.
Enjoy problem solving and be able to work quickly and think under pressure.
Be responsive to partners' needs
A passion for, or interest in, the aged care and/or disability support industry
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Great tech skills - we are an online platform and you will need to work across our custom built platform and CRM system.
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment - we are a small, growing startup with some significant goals to reach this year!
Role is based in our Bondi Junction office.
