Plummer Garden Care services Strata complexes within the Ryde / Epping area. We focus on providing our customers with friendly service, ensuring their gardens and common areas are maintained to the highest standard. Our crew of nine operates out of two MR trucks, with all our staff working alongside each other on most sites.
Our team comprises 3 Horticulturists and 6 enthusiastic staff in various stages of training. We motivate each other to ensure our work is always of the highest standard. We have close relationships with our customers and always try to go the extra yard to ensure that their needs are met.
The successful candidate would share the responsibility of a small team of gardeners with another leading hand. The role in the future will include driving a crew from job to job in the Companys MR truck and trailer. Full driver training and licensing can be provided for the right candidate (should an MR license not be held).
The role requires the team leader to work with and supervise staff ensuring efficiency. Full training regarding scheduling and routines will be provided for all sites. We work as a team and support is always available.
Your duties would include all aspects of gardening and lawn care.
-Lawn mowing / blowing and edging
-Hedging and pruning shrubs with regard to their flowering habits and their position in the landscape
- Weed and pest identification and the application of pesticides and herbicides.
We also provide our customers with regular services such as: mulching / fertilising / soft landscaping and irrigation repairs.

We will supply you with a company phone, uniform, and above award remuneration! ($25 - $30 per hour dependent on experience and ability).
You have 6+ years experience working in horticulture and a Cert III Parks and Gardens trade qualification or equivalent (or subjects towards a Cert III).
You are motivated, reliable, honest, hardworking.
You are punctual and can provide us with reliable attendance.
You are happy to receive and understand instruction while also supervising staff.
You are fit and healthy and enjoy working outdoors.
You are friendly and enjoy working as part of a close knit team.
A current Australian Manual drivers license or MR license is preferred.
