About the Role
The Cheesecake Shop is looking for a reliable Warehouse/Distribution Centre Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our Victorian distribution centre located in Chelsea Heights, VIC.
This role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of ingredients to our Victorian, Tasmanian, South Australian and Northern Territory franchisees. You will play a key role in the supply chain of a leading Australian brand.
You will be managing a tight-knit team of 3 staff (warehouse and office/admin) and will play a key role in overseeing, motivating and mentoring them. You will also have the opportunity to train and develop current and future staff who join your team.
We are looking for a candidate who likes to take a hands-on approach to management, and some of your key responsibilities will involve:
Leave the night shifts behind and get your weekends back! This full-time role will be day shifts only, Monday to Friday from 7:00AM to 3:30PM. Free off-street parking is provided.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an energetic and professional manager to lead our Victorian supply and distribution team. You will be a strong, hands-on leader who likes to take proactive action to resolve customer issues with an aptitude for process improvement.
Some of the skills and experience you may have will include:
- 3-5 years previous experience in a similar warehousing management role
- Experience managing busy, fast-paced operations with an ability to think and act under pressure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills with a professional and communicative approach
- Computer literate and strong numeracy skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Current forklift license
- Certificate in Warehousing, Logistics, Management or equivalent will be highly regarded
- Experience using Attache will be highly regarded
