We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable and self-motivated all-rounder (young professionals welcome) to join our BORA team 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • General office administration and order management

General office dutiesincluding HR reporting (annual leave, sick leave, schedule calendar)

Phone reception: receive phone calls, call transfers, take messages 

Process orders and deliveries, support customs processing and issue invoices

 

  • Accounting support

Take care of Accounts Receivable/Payable

Process approved invoices 

process travel expenses

Coordinate payments (with Accounting Department, HQ in Germany)

 

  • Technical Service support 

Help desk service (2nd level) to customers and technicians

Coordinate and order service parts

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Ability to work autonomously, independently and efficiently
  • strong computer skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Strong organisational skills as well as verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable time management
  • Accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Honest and reliable
  • Customer orientation
  • A willingness to assist in other areas of the business when required to help the team
