We are currently working with a highly respected client to find a Senior/Lead Service Designer for an initial 3 month contract to work on a project of high impact.
You will be responsible for shaping & executing the Human Centred Design (HCD) approach to generate solutions that meet both the business requirements and customer needs. You will have good research capability as well as strong skills creating customer journey maps and service blueprints.

Previous experience as a Senior/Lead Service Designer
Have the ability to shape the approach and implement HCD processes
Be confident in challenging exec teams with the ability to influence key decision makers
Be able to create customer journey maps and service blueprints to articulate and simplify complex information
Preferred experience leading and mentoring a team
