Role Overview

The role will take the lead responsibility for the planning and delivery of Cafs Development program of work. The role also has the lead responsibility for the management of Cafs digital presence and data assets. Responsibilities include:

  • Fundraising appeal coordination
  • Donor, volunteer and carer acquisition campaign planning and execution
  • Donor, supporter and prospect CRM and lifecycle management
  • Grant submissions
  • Community engagement, including sourcing new community partnerships
  • Marketing database management
  • Website management
  • Email campaign execution
  • Event coordination

Incumbent Overview

Previous experience in developing and delivering end-to-end, data-driven digital projects is essential. You will have a deep knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and contemporary practices, in addition to an outcome centric approach with experience in project coordination. You will also have a strong interest in leading and executing the development and fundraising efforts of a regionally-based not-for-profit.

Required: 5 years relevant professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years of digital and data experience.
