HR Talent Adviser

Norwest Business Park, Permanent Part time position (Flexible hours), Experienced white and Blue collar recruitment.

Killard infrastructure commenced operations in 1999, We are a multi- functional infrastructure company that has gained an outstanding reputation in the fields of water mains renewals retic and trunk mains, sewer system installation, storm water, water main, culvert remediation, culvert rehabilitation, CCTV investigation, NDD, civil, conduit relocation, bridge structures, retaining walls, electrical structures and gas pipelines

We are currently looking for a permanent part time experienced Talent Adviser to join the HR team in our Norwest Business Park Office.

This is a new position within the business and an opportunity for you to build and own the process.

 About you:

This role is ideal for someone who has end-to-end recruitment experience, great communication skills and ability to self-direct as well as work in a small team environment.

Ideally you would have worked previously in a HR role and/or had experience recruiting in the construction / Civil Space.

You will be responsible for implementing innovative, timely and effective talent recruitment for high quality talent in frontline, managerial and specialised roles with diverse pipelines.   

What this would look like:

  • Candidate pre-screening by phone, Zoom, internet
  • Coordination of candidate interviews with Hiring Managers and supervisors
  • Creating talent pools for key roles and keeping candidates "engaged"
  • Overseeing all stages of the process to ensure a high level of candidate care
  • Leading specialised recruitment campaigns locally, interstate and overseas

To become part of the team we are looking for someone who has:

  • 3-5 years end to end recruitment experience gained in-house or in an agency environment, successfully recruiting a diverse range of roles; frontline to management
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills; highly organised with the ability to work under pressure with competing priorities
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as a deeply proactive approach to meeting and exceeding goals
  • Ability to self-direct as well as work in a small team environment.
