About the Role

The Personal Assistant in the Independence Division will provide confidential administration support to the Senior Leadership team to enable effective and timely management of the operational needs of the Division.  Day to day tasks will include:

  • Diary management
  • Efficient preparation of documentation, reports, agendas and presentations using a range of Microsoft applications
  • Monitoring and responding to emails
  • Coordinating meetings and functions
  • Administration on financial documentations such as invoicing and budget reporting
  • General assistance as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Relevant experience in an executive administration/support role
  • Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision, exercise initiative and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated and relevant experience in providing administrative support services for budget tracking, collation and reporting, including advanced excel spreadsheet skills and experience.
  • High level PC proficiency (intermediate level) includes Word, Excel (advanced level), and PowerPoint.
