Salary range: $57,117.48 to $60,676.12 per annum (pro rata)
NOTE: This position will be affected by the enterprise agreement variation application recently submitted by the City to the Fair Work Commission. If approved, all employees will be required to take 20% of their weekly ordinary hours as leave from 1 July to 24 December 2020. Opportunity: The City of Albanys Customer Service Team is looking for an experienced and customer focused individual to take up the role of Customer Service Officer.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role will see you responsible for, but not limited to, providing a positive first contact for City visitors, customers and ratepayers and providing an efficient and effective cashiering services for City customers.
About You: Possession of well-developed communication (written and verbal), team work, computer literacy and numeracy skills are essential for this role.
