We are thrilled to be partnering with a fully owned Australian company committed to providing innovation, safety and compliance and creating harmonious workplaces! Due to the companys rapid growth, the newly created position of Sales and Marketing Coordinator is a now available. This role primarily provides administrative support to the Operations Manager and the wider team, to enable them to manage their client relationships and deliver positive outcomes for clients.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Assist in management of CRM
Management of sales and marketing collateral and promotional products
Sending information to clients and prospective clients
Researching market segments
Assist with updating social media platforms
First point of contact
Triage incoming calls
Management of stationery and office supplies
Research and ordering of uniforms, lanyards and other Branded items
Arranging meetings with clients for the Operations Manager
Booking of travel requirements for staff as requested
Any other duties as required to support the Operations Manager
Assist in establishment of office procedures and processes
Organise staff events and trade shows
Manage leave notifications
Demonstrated key Competencies/Qualifications
Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Good attention to detail with sound keyboard inputting skills.
Able to work autonomously
Resolving problems in a timely manner.
Understanding of administration principles.
Time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to interface effectively and professionally with people at all levels.
Strong attention to detail.
An understanding of social media platforms basic marketing principles
Energetic with a positive can do attitude.
