Reporting to the CEO and forming part of the Executive Leadership team, you will have a broad remit across driving digital transformation and e-Commerce with a focus on lead generation, digital customer engagement and digital experience. Managing a team, you will oversee all digital communication and activities to drive customer engagement, visitation and increase brand loyalty. As e-Commerce becomes a bigger revenue driver, assessing the platform around functionality, visual appeal, navigation, website architecture and functionally/usability will be an imperative in this role. Being aware of new innovation and opportunities in the digital space to ensure best practice and ROI is being achieved will see you bring both a creative and commercial focus to this role. You will be extremely comfortable managing third party relationships including SEM and SEO experts and can effectively negotiate and influence to achieve profitable and cost-effective outcomes.

Your career experience will need to be from a Retail/FMCG or related multi-site industry, you will ideally have worked in both large and smaller business environments, so have a well-rounded background in understanding scale and how this translates in bringing digital to life. You will need to be extremely commercial, focused on outcomes and achieving business critical milestones and enjoy being held accountable for results. Your career experience will be supported by formal tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Technology, or a related discipline.
