Atlas CEA is a leading distributor for world-renowned capital equipment brands. We distribute Atlas Copco generators, portable air compressors and lighting towers.

We supply our diverse range of equipment to industries such as rental, construction, agriculture, government, defence, waste management, mining and civil works.

Atlas CEA is a privately owned business with 4 branches and over 20 dealer outlets. We provide sales, parts and service Australia-wide through our network of branches and dealers.

Position Purpose:

The role involves providing administrative support to the Service Department and the branch, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist General Manager to compile reports
  • Assist Service, Parts and Sales Administrators
  • Ensure compliance of Occupational Health & Safety within the branch
  • Assist in the general maintenance and improvement of the branches assets
  • Administer paperwork in relation to branch sales, service and parts
  • Assist in transportation and readiness of dealer deliveries
  • Compile reports from the various business units within the branch weekly, monthly, etc.
  • Assist Service and Parts in debtor recovery
  • Assist Service, Parts and Sales in promotional activities
  • Follow up with new and used machine arrivals
  • Follow up Customers with After Sales support
  • Assist in promotion of Service and Parts at trade fairs/expos
  • Assist in the sales process for National and House clients

Major Responsibilities

  • Liaising with customers during machine repair and servicing period
  • Maintain Service Work In Progress data base
  • Processing Warranty Claims with OEM
  • Opening and Closing of service jobs
  • Invoicing monthly service revenue
  • Assisting service manager with formatting of service quotes
  • Allocating labour hours and entering time sheets daily
  • General branch administration duties

 

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven ability to use Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understand of ERA or Pentana operating systems an advantage  
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Ability to relate to customers and provide a high level of customer service
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to follow all company policies
