Junior Law Clerk

Part Time - (Flexibile) working arrangements considered, Friendly and supportive working team and environment..

The primary responsibilities in this role include:

* Delivering trolleys to court; 

* Collecting and distributing mail;

* General administration duties;

* Scanning, printing, photocopying;

* Deliveries throughout the CBD;

* Relieving reception;

* Maintaining & restocking the chambers kitchen;

* Replenishing office inventory;


The successful candidate will:

* Have ability to work in a team environment;

* Have some experience in working in an office environment;

* Have a good understanding of PC and Mac Computers;

* Be well presented with a good work ethic;

* Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook;

* Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively;

* Have excellent oral and written communication skills;

* Have a friendly, positive attitude and can-do approach;

* Have a pleasant phone manner;


The successful candidate will be energetic, motivated and prepared to act on their own initiative. This position would suit a recent school leaver or student with an interest in the Legal Industry.
