About the role

Due to the recent expansion of our business, we are looking for an enthusiastic marketing assistant to support our marketing manager in developing and delivering marketing initiatives and strategies. This position will currently be casual at 2-3 days per week Tuesday, Thursday and/or Friday.

It is a new role to support the overall marketing efforts across sales and property management business.  This role requires an intermediate level of graphic design skills and social media experiences. Together with a well-connected Bilingual - English and Chinese, who will to execute the marketing strategies across assigned channels and regions and elevate brand visibility.

 

Responsibilities

  • Campaign and content management for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo, Tiktok etc);
  • Assist in creating, editing and managing the production of brand consistent digital and print content for website, social and EDM's, compromising of a mixture of written, graphical, audio and video content;
  • Coordination in online and offline marketing events where required from time to time.
  • Monitor and optimise social media channels, identify successful content and mapping out new ways to repurpose;
  • Understand and help cement the brands overall aesthetic and consistency, visual language, key messages and tone of voice;
  • Stay up to date with all emerging digital trends, competitors and industry best-practices;

 

What you will bring to this role:

  • A strong work ethic, with a resilient attitude than can adapt quickly to changes in priorities
  • Competency and experience in social media
  • Intermediate Adobe Creative Suite skills (Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), the video editing experience is very highly regarded
  • Copywriting and content management
  • Relevant Marketing Degree a plus
  • Creative and innovative approach with a key interest in staying up to date with the latest in design and marketing best practices
  • Highly organised with the ability to forecast and forward plan 
  • You will be very motivated, reliable with a can-do attitude
  • Must be bilingual (English/Mandarin)
