Join a small Sales, Admin and Design team, based in Somerton. Omnitech Playgrounds is one of the leading Commercial Playground manufactures in Australia. We are a fast growing company and looking for the right candidate to join our team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an energetic office all rounder / Administration role, to help assist various areas of the business. Training will be provided.
Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls taking messages
Providing a high level of customer service
Booking in Freight
Assisting Interstate Distributors
Manage emails, responding and redirecting to appropriate sources as needed
Photocopying, collating, filing and binding
Processing quotes and invoices
Participating in team meetings
Working and assisting with various departments: spare parts, operations/dispatch and accounts.
Assist with the execution of marketing initiatives
General Administrative/ad hoc tasks as required
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Our ideal candidate is mature minded, with a can-do attitude who knows how to get the job done with professionalism and independence.
Experience with MYOB an advantage but not essential
At least 2 years customer service/administration experience in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail
A high standard of personal presentation
Motivated, professional and able to work autonomously
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent computer skills
An eye for detail
Commitment to customer satisfaction and service requirements
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
The role is full time Monday - Friday, Hours can be negotiated for the right candidate.
