Our client is a well established manufacturing company in Knoxfield and are looking to recruit 2 x Customer Service Reps for their busy factory. This role, as described below may involve some delivery driving directly to customers.
Job responsibilities / Key Tasks:
Answer phones promptly, transfer calls, take clear messages and assist with general enquiries.
Be able to lift up to 20kgs/Physically Fit
Liaise with customer to find the correct solution to their query.
Light Machine Operating Duties
Other duties related to the factory may be required at times
Greet all visitors and employees with a warm and respectful welcome
Coordinate communications with production, despatch, administration and senior management as necessary
Contact all customers within 48 hours of receiving complaint via phone or email.
Excellent CAN DO attitude and willing to learn.
You are the face of the business.
Independent and also able to work within a team.
Good decision maker/shows initiative.
Competent in MS Office applications
Customer service experience in manufacturing or retail industry
Well organised, attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills.
Pre employment medical which does involve a drug/alcohol screen.
MUST have FULL working rights and documents to support this.
MUST have CURRENT police check and documents to support this.
MUST have medical certificate indicating no COVID-19 symptoms.
MUST have full drivers licence.
Hours / Benefits:
Full time work, Monday to Friday with an early finish Friday at 1PM

$25 - $28 per hour (FULL TIME)
6am - 2:30pm Monday to Thursday. 6am - 12pm Friday
