Receptionist / Client Services

O'Hearn Lawyers has recommenced the recruitment process to enhance their team. If you are looking to join a firm with a great team culture, that is known to be friendly and supportive with a client focused approach this is the role for you. The firm is currently looking to enhance the team with an experienced receptionist, who is able to build excellent client rapport and support the smooth operation of the firm. This role requires a friendly, motivated applicant with a mature and professional telephone manner. This position can be a full time or a part time role, depending on the applicant's experience and mutual requirements.

Key Duties:

  • Answering telephone calls on a busy switchboard
  • Liaising with clients and other professionals
  • Managing diaries
  • Smooth operation of general office duties
  • Dictaphone typing

 

Selection Criteria: 

  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence in working with and developing client relationships
  • At least two years previous experience in a similar reception role
  • Legal practice experience will be a strong advantage 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of Affinity would be an advantage
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
