This is a fixed term role for a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 2 years.
Wednesday to Friday - 11.30am to 2.30pm and
Saturdays - 10.30am to 2.30pm.
Murdoch Realty is a boutique agency specialising in marketing off the plan projects. We have a strong emphasis on integrity and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a part-time sales administrator/receptionist to assist the Director. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced assistant/receptionist to join our agency based in Miranda.
Your key responsibilities will include:-
Preparation of Sales Gallery for opening and closing;
Meet and greet duties;
Obtaining all relevant details of visitors to Sales Gallery;
Database entry and management;
Ensuring office and sales gallery is neat and tidy;
Preparation of reports;
Placement of advertising;
Manage distribution of mailouts (electronic and postal);
Attend marketing events and functions as required;
General office duties; and
The ideal candidate will have/be:-
experience as a receptionist, secretary or personal assistant with experience in a real estate office highly desirable, but not essential;
a Real Estate Certificate of Registration or a willingness to obtain one;
proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
a positive attitude and exceptional customer service;
meticulous attention to detail;
immaculately presented and well groomed;
excellent time management skills;
the ability to work independently and autonomously; and
drivers license and own car.
