A national organisation is seeking a switched-on and experienced Customer Service Officer to join their focused and engaged Resolve Team at their Corporate Office.
Working within the Resolve Team, you will be responsible for:
Responding to and taking ownership of all customer queries nationally. Seek an effective solution to all queries from existing customers, Franchisees, Distributors and other stakeholders. Promote and have confidence in company brand and service. Identify opportunities (prospects). Identify and escalate current and potential issues and risks. Work together with other departments to seek the root cause of problems and provide a working solution. Conduct investigations and liaising with various departments - Transport, Distribution, Logistics, Sales and Supply Chain. Managing and delivering customers expectations. To be successful, you must be a confident communicator, have excellent negotiation skills, be empathetic, and think quickly on your feet, all whilst conscious of the team and call volumes. You will be a tolerant, patient and resilient person with a warm and professional telephone manner.
Previous experience in a Solutions Focused FMCG role or Account Management role, dealing with a large customer base with varying responsibilities will be highly regarded.
