We are now seeking a dedicated Consumer Marketing Officer to join our growing young dynamic national marketing team based in South Nowra on the NSW South Coast.
We are looking for a Consumer Marketing Officer, reporting to our Head of Marketing, to be a major contributor to our ongoing development and success as brand builders.
Your duties will include all consumer marketing activities, freeing up the rest of the marketing team to focus on business development and B2B trade marketing, sales support and customer service.
Your role will include:
Modernising and improving our consumer eCommerce platform (www.bowhouse.com.au) to help build brands that we ether distribute or are aligned with.
Planning and execution of campaigns that raise awareness, interest, trial, purchase and word-of-mouth recommendation for our brands in Australia.
Integration and synchronisation of digital/marketing strategy in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team, sales, training, events and customer service functions.
Content for the Bowhouse website and all social media platforms.
SEO optimisation, SEM
Creation and distribution of engaging brand content including infographics, videos, press releases, webinars, online articles, blog posts etc.
Online promotional content and segmentation, including EDMs, customisable e-mail templates, online advertising, informational videos, etc
Cost/benefit analysis and reporting of campaigns, website performance and other promotional activities (in conjunction with our Commercial Analyst).
Gathering and dissemination of consumer insights, trends and feedback
At least 2 years in a results-focussed marketing role.
Proven strategy & hands-on production skills across social media, targeted digital activity & online content
Web development skills not coding, but input into CX, UX and UI, and creation of compelling content.
Proven analytical skills for campaign targeting, personalisation and optimisation.
Experience with Shopify or similar eCommerce platform is desirable.
Expertise in audience segmentation and targeting.
Copywriting ability, including fluent, exam-worthy, written and spoken English.
Track record of taking initiatives, delivering results and meeting deadlines.
