About the Role
General diagnostics and maintenance on Diesel Engines, Brakes, etc.
General repairs on light, medium and heavy vehicles
Performing fault diagnosis and rectification of faults on site
Conducting roadworthy inspections (Optional)
Routine servicing and documentation
Performing technical inspections and writing reports on mechanical equipment.
Self managed and driven to provide results
Mentoring apprentices to learn their trade
Can-do attitude with a drive to exceed
Must have experience in light, medium and heavy vehicles of more than 5 years
Experience in managing a team
Computer Experience (Technical Inquires and Ordering of Parts)
Must have MR Licence (HR is preferred)
In addition, you will be reliable, responsible, willing to work overtime as required. Have a can do attitude and be able to work proactively within an environment either individually or in a team.
Remuneration includes: Mobile Phone, Fully Serviced Vehicle, Fuel Card, and Hourly Rate or Salary will be discussed based on skill level.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for applicants who are Australian Citizens and based in or possibly looking to relocate to the Coffs Harbour region or surrounding areas.
