An IOCO Administration and Customer Service member will provide a high level of ownership, energy and accountability for daily administration and operational tasks with a focus on excellent communication and organizational skills.

The goal is to ensure all areas of our administration and operational requirements run smoothly and on time providing our customers with the highest level of efficiency and customer service. 


  • Manage all phone, wholesale and general enquires
  • Front line customer engagement
  • Manage and maintain all web-based platforms ensuring that messages are answers within a day including social media channels
  • Manage and maintain products on web-based platforms including loading new ranges, removing old ranges, and ensuring stock levels are accurate
  • Coordinate appropriate replacements, credits, returns or refunds on web-based platforms
  • Wholesale and retail order processing
  • Invoice generation for wholesale and retail orders
  • Accounts receivable
  • Shipping quotes for wholesale orders and obtaining quotes from IOCO approved shippers
  • Warehouse support where needed including packing and shipping if required
  • Data Entry
  • Contact wholesale customers to confirm payment
  • Pre and Post trade fair requirements
  • Assisting and coordinating corporate and custom printing of products where needed
  • Account Management and Sales
  • Attendance at Industry Fairs may include weekends
  • Other responsibilities and requests where need

Minimum of 3 years prior experience in office administrtion or wholesale administration is required with a strong administration focus. Be a personable, people person and enjoy speaking with customers on the phone. The canditate will be able to provide a high level of ownership, energy and accountability for this role.

Initially 3 days to move to a 5 day position within 6 months. 

Australian residents are a requirement for this position and proficient English speaking.

Salary: $25p/hr contracted. PAYG or INV

This position will start ASAP or as soon as the right candidate is found.
