TriCare is recruiting a full timeAsset Planning Officer to be based at TriCares Head Office in Mount Gravatt, Southside Brisbane. In conjunction with the Maintenance Operators, you will ensure condition reports and performance reviews for each site are performed effectively, ensuring that maintenance services and capital replacement of all plant, equipment, buildings and landscaping at the more than 25 TriCare sites are planned and cost effective.
You will have demonstrated skills and experience to perform the following duties:
Undertake condition and performance assessments of all buildings, plant, equipment and external grounds.
Update asset register to reflect the asset condition and life expectancy of assets.
Lead and coordinate the Maintenance Operators in each facility in undertaking comprehensive periodic audits.
Maintain the asset management information system.
Assist in the development of standardised defect and condition assessment procedures.
Coach and develop Maintenance Operators to ensure they have the required knowledge and skills.
Your skills, knowledge and attributes will include:
Comprehensive trade knowledge and experience in maintaining buildings/equipment.
Qualifications in building/construction or services, and appreciation and knowledge of most trades.
Possession of a current open Driver Licence.
Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
Competent in using computers, including electronic maintenance management systems.
Experience in an aged care/healthcare environment (considered favourably).
