Due to an opportunity for advancement for our current Office Administrator, Jetline is currently seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team.  Based at our office in Davenport this key role will be approx. 30 hours per week with opportunity to increase to full-time.  Hours of employment are flexible and remuneration is dependent on experience.


The role will include:               

  • Daily running of the office
  • Providing assistance to the management team in the efficient functioning of the office and accounts
  • Accounts management, including but not restricted to Invoicing, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Payroll
  • Petty Cash
  • Bank and General Ledger Reconciliation
  • Document Control
  • Provide training and guidance to office staff
  • BAS Preparation and lodgement
  • Liaise with accountant, as needed and on year end



  • Advanced knowledge and experience with MYOB AccountRight
  • Experience with superannuation and BAS preparation
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent knowledge of bank and general ledger reconciliation
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of detail
  • Must work well autonomously and with deadlines
  • Previous experience in office administration a must
  • Understanding of IT, HR and Marketing desirable
  • Must be able to provide a National Police Check
  • Must hold a current C Class drivers license
