Key responsibilities will include:
Sourcing, writing, editing and publishing content for website and social media; maintaining continuity of website themes; designing page layout streamlining site navigation and integrating web content with social media profiles;
Ensure full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Regularly review and improve the user experience of the website, social media platforms by monitoring search engine analytics and customer service insights and make adjustments accordingly to maximise traffic;
Develop digital design material for websites including webtiles, banners, animated GIFs, and short-form video; and
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including IT, Records, Community Engagement and the Executive Leadership Team.
Degree in digital media, communications, marketing or equivalent work experience and demonstrated experience in a similar role, with the proven sound skills in creative writing and social media content creation, and experience in website content management and creation;
Highly developed computer skills including proficiency in MS Office, Electronic Document Management Systems and contemporary graphics design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite;
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external, build and maintain effective business relationships;
Proven ability to independently troubleshoot website issues, and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment; and
Demonstrated experience in marketing and graphic design. (Highly desirable)
Generate new business leads through online platform inquiries.
Ability to work autonomously with exceptional time management skills
Actively participate in team meetings encouraging continuous improvement measures.
