Administration- Junior Position

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer enquiries received via telephone, email and in-person at our office
  • Accurate data entry related to work orders, customer database and other IT systems
  • Assist in scheduling of customer projects as required
  • Assist in ordering parts and supplies as required
  • Create customer invoices, dispatch them and follow up as necessary
  • Liasing with customers, suppliers and collegues regarding projects
  • File completed paperwork in an organized fashion
  • Basic bookkeeping and general office admin support

KEY TRAITS & SKILLS:

  • Well organised and able to prioritise in a tidy work environment
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have a polite and friendly phone manner
  • Good work ethic / high energy level
  • Good computer skills, including some knowledge and experience with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good problem solving and investigation skills
  • Well presented is a must
  • Self motivated and eagerness to learn
  • While it is not essential, it would be an advantage if you have your drivers' licence and own transport.
