Handle customer enquiries received via telephone, email and in-person at our office
Accurate data entry related to work orders, customer database and other IT systems
Assist in scheduling of customer projects as required
Assist in ordering parts and supplies as required
Create customer invoices, dispatch them and follow up as necessary
Liasing with customers, suppliers and collegues regarding projects
File completed paperwork in an organized fashion
Basic bookkeeping and general office admin support

Well organised and able to prioritise in a tidy work environment
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Have a polite and friendly phone manner
Good work ethic / high energy level
Good computer skills, including some knowledge and experience with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail
Good problem solving and investigation skills
Well presented is a must
Self motivated and eagerness to learn
While it is not essential, it would be an advantage if you have your drivers' licence and own transport.
