We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, TfNSW Interface to be a part of our Asset Management Division within Sydney Trains. As Project Manager you will work collaboratively with the wider Engineering and Maintetance Directorate including Asset Management, Engineering, Network Maintetance Major Works & other various internal/external stakeholders to ensure effective planning, scheduling, resourcing, configuration management and possession coordination.
You will be required to manage both single & multidisciplinary project interface and coordination workd to deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers and the wider NSW community. As Project Manager you will be responsible for using high maturity project management practices including sharing of knowledge across wider project teams.
What will it take
To be considered for the role you must have relevant tertiary qualifications either in engineering or in Project Management, a related discipline or equivalent related industry experience. You will have significant experience managing and delivering multi-discipline projects coordination and interface and of work particularly in a complex engineering and operational environment.
As Project Manager you are required to have excellent communication skills, superior stakeholder management experience including the ability to manage conflict and negotiate. You are further required to have exemplary commercial/business acumen and expertise and or experience in managing civil/ track/ signalling or electrical assets and or project in rail environment.
