Astronomy Australia Ltd (AAL) is a not-for-profit company whose members are all the Australian universities and research organisations with a significant astronomical research capability.
The Contracts and Finance Administrator will work collaboratively within a small team environmentto support the day-to-day management of AALs research infrastructure grants and AALs financial processing. The successful applicant will be flexible across a variety of administration duties related to the preparation of contract documents, reporting requirements and input of accounting data. The role is based at AALs Victoria office, located alongside the Centre for Astrophysics and Supercomputing, Swinburne University of Technology, Hawthorn.

Applicants should have a Bachelors degree qualification or equivalent combination of education and training, and possess experience in similar roles providing contract management, project oversight and reporting. Basic financial literacy and MYOB experience will be highly regarded.
This role is a permanent part-time position at a level of around 3 days/week. Flexible working arrangements may be negotiated.
The remuneration package will be in the range of around $70,00 - $80,000 p.a. pro-rata, plus employer superannuation contributions of 9.5%.
