KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greeting clients at Reception
  • Telephone Answering
  • Making client appointments and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook
  • Maintain presentation and cleanliness of Reception/Meeting Rooms/Boardroom
  • Filing
    • Daily filing
    • Create files
    • Organising files
    • Retrieval of information
    • Archiving
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Organising couriers
  • Daily banking
  • Use EFTPOS Machine to process Credit Card payments
  • Photocopying, collating and binding
  • Scanning
  • Stationery management and orders
  • Shredding
  • Other duties as requested
  • Liaising with thePartner
