About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Buying & Marketing team along with other departments, to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our Franchise network.
The role exists within a busy multi-channel environment, triaging telephone and email enquiries and following each activity through to an outcome. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a commitment to excellent customer service, an excellent phone manner, good computer and administrative skills.
Your day will be varied and challenging and will require you to demonstrate well-developed communication skills and a positive approach to problem-solving in servicing our Franchise Network. In addition you will be responsible for the administrative functions of the Buying & Marketing, including the collation of price files and rebates for our monthly promotional calendar.
The Successful Candidate will demonstrate the following key skills & attributes
Relevant qualifications and/or extensive demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service and administration support
High competence of Microsoft Office primarily Excel
Accuracy and attention to detail
High level of personal accountability
Strong planning and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal, administrative and communication skills
