Jayco Ballarat is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, highly motivated sales support administrator. The successful person will have exceptional attention to detail, maintain high levels of customer service whist providing ongoing administrative support to our sales team.
Reporting directly to the SalesManager you will be required to:
Enter and process all new and used caravan sales
Order new Caravans using the online Jayco system
Complete all customer and stock order confirmations in person and by email
Liaise with Jayco regarding confirmations and any specific customer requests
Provide ongoing administrative support to the sales team
Deliver customer service and support to parts and servicecustomers
