As a Contracts Administrator you will be a strong representation of the company and guide our clients through the administration process. The role will include, but is not limited to preparation of all client documentation from sales stage, Pre Start meetings, Building Contracts, local council lodgements and liaise with all clients to guide them throughout the building process.

To be a successful candidate for this role you will require:

  • Prior experience in the building industry preferred
  • Ability to read & understand construction plans
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and great customer service
  • Thrive working unsupervised
  • Enjoy working in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Time management and organization skills
