Youll be looking for between 18 and 25 hours a week of varied work including admin, appointment setting, managing marketing and systems. You will be largely self-directed on a day to day basis but will have support and training to deliver daily/ weekly/ monthly expectations. If you are a self-starter and have a can-do attitude, this role will suit you well.
You will be comfortable dealing with everything from:
Admin ( ~4hrs week)
Managing office IT needs.
Making up client files.
Managing shared office.
Ordering stationery and books .
Managing invoicing & payroll (not initially).
Appointment setting (~10hrs/week).
Call through data base and set meetings.
Set reminders and manage first stages of sales process.
