This is a very exciting opportunity to join Karista - a Social Impact Start-Up in the Healthcare industry.
Were looking to employ a Client Services Manager to join on a full time basis.
Based in Cremorne @ Creative Cubes, the perfect candidate will need to fit in with this outstanding team by being passionate about what you do, be forward thinking and innovative.
At Karista, were reinventing the way people find support in their home. You'll make a difference quickly and have a direct impact on our continuing success. Plus, youll be learning how to launch a Start-Up product in an extremely important a growing industry. You will support the community to share their experience, make choices based on their individual needs and give care givers the confidence to make the very best decision for their loved one.
And youll do it while working in an energetic, positive atmosphere with really clever, respectful people that have been handpicked from industry due to their depth of experience, values and passion for the product.

The Role
Manage inbound requests (via website, email, livechat and phone), take inquiries and coordinate information and pricing from providers to meet clients need
Build great client relationships to ensure that they find the service that meets their needs
Proactively manage a portfolio of high value disability and home care service providers to maximise their return on investment
Identify opportunities to provide value add services to our customers and generate proposals
Collect and report product feedback to internal teams
Outbound sales - negotiate and close sales
Collate and distribute regular reporting


Preferred Capability

Number 1: Must have NDIS experience
Strong communication skills and articulation
Impact and results driven
Ability to drive continuous value of our products
Ability to analyse data and apply actions to improve customer results
Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a changing environment
Intuitive, smart and natural customer facing abilities
Resilient with a can-do attitude
3+ years experience in a Customer Service role or as a local area coordinator or NDIS support coordinator
Experience in using multiple CRM and client management and reporting systems
Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
