This senior administrative position covers a wide range of functions.  You'll have every opportunity to utilise your expertise and develop your skills.  You'll be responsible and accountable for your own workflow and expected to exercise judgement and initiative and manage a team of tradesman Australia Wide.

 

You'll be expected to manage telephone calls and resolve day-to-day Co-Ordinating of tradesman also queries and issues. Another major focus of the role is in scheduling appointments for the large client base and new customers with the team in head office with clients, their families & others as appropriate. This role is instrumental to our customer service focus and will see you managing competing demands.

 

Your administrative proficiency will keep the team's day-to-day operations running smoothly. As well as excelling in both verbal and written communications, you will be great at building and maintaining relationships at all levels, and confident in assisting team members with issues such as problem-solving.

 

The role is located in our newly built Multi Million premises at Beenleigh Head Office and is a full time permanent position From 7 am TO 4 pm Monday to Friday or Weekend position Saturday & Sunday 8 AM TO 4 PM
