We are looking for an energetic and experienced Administration and Finance Support position to join our team. You will:
Provide a high level of administrative support and assistance, including but not limited to managing, coordinating and maintaining the office space, input to Executive meetings, support the CEO schedule, appointments and travel arrangements.
Manage the day to day financial transactions, using the Chamber Finance platform, and assist to prepare accurate and up to date Financial Reports for the Finance Sub-Committee meetings, with the direction of the Finance Officer
Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming and outgoing CEO and Executive Committee communications, when required.
Ensure meeting room technology is arranged and functioning as required.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure they are prepared for bookings and maintained.
Archive relevant documents in hard copy and electronic as appropriate.
Update and record relevant office passwords, as appropriate.
Other duties as required by the CEO.
