Due to continued growth within JDS, we are looking for proactive and energetic Account Executives to join our ServiceNow (Brisbane/Melbourne) and Splunk (Brisbane) teams. The ideal candidates will be experienced in selling professional services and Enterprise software, effective in managing existing accounts as well as generating new clients. You will be able to work closely with our software vendor partners to support market-leading solutions. As the Account Executive responsible for your territorys consulting team, you will also be an inspiring leader and motivator.
A generous salary package is on offer for the right candidate, along with a Sales Compensation Plan (SCP), based on agreed targets & KPIs.
Sales of professional consulting services for Splunk OR ServiceNow as well as any associated software within your assigned territory and practice
Maintain and proactively drive relationships with our software vendor partner
Generate revenue and gross margin within both existing and new clients
Manage the engagements and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders and clients
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs/targets
Manage the resourcing of staff for engagements
Represent JDS professionally and ethically in the marketplace
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience selling complex software, ICT services or solutions
Manage opportunities within a well-qualified and maintained pipeline
Proven success in developing new markets, identifying opportunities and closing new business
Excellent interpersonal communications and analytical ability
Technically adept, self-motivated, and driven by results
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff
