National Operations Center Operators


We have a part time position available for professional and committed  Operators to work in our national operations centre. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join industry leaders that will see you showcase and enhance your skills.


  • A professional phone manner with a strong customer service focus
  • Responding to customer enquires via emails
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Deploy officers to site of incidents
  • Answering a high volume of inbound calls and accurately log all interactions in the internal database
  • Provide accurate and relevant advice to queries in line with defined processes
  • Complete accurate incident reports
  • Manage communication and escalate where necessary
  • Data entry and general administration


  • Experience working in a corporate or professional environment
  • Call centre or high-volume environment experience will be beneficial
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Confident interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to problem solve and multi task with a 'can do' attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision but also a team player
  • Resilient attitude that thrives under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills, Excellent data entry skills whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy 
  • Exceptional work ethic and attendance
  • Flexibility with availability
  • Previous call centre experience.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly

Other key requirements of the role:

  • Ability to commit to a rotating roster including working weekends, nights and public holidays with varying start and finish times
