Accounts & Administration at Botanic Horticulture

We are seeking a person with Accounts and administration skills to join our friendly team. The position is part time, 3 days per week with opportunity to expand the role in the future.

This position involves:

  • Assistance to director and other office staff
  • Accounts tasks including payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable

The successful candidate would have:

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Pleasant disposition and presentation
  • Willingness to assist with all areas of office duties
  • Experience with Xero preferred

Our office is a bright, modern space in Hawthorn.
