Inline Floors is looking for a motivated and reliable self-starter who will be working alongside our team to assist in successfully delivering the key responsibilities as detailed below.
This position would suit an individual with previous Accounts experience seeking part-time employment during school hours. The hours are flexible and open for discussion. If successful, there may also be potential for full-time hours.
The key responsibilities for this position are
Reconciliation of Accounts
Processing employee documents and records
Other admin duties as required
Appropriate tertiary qualifications and previous experience in a similar role
Experience and knowledge of XERO and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel & Word)
Verbal and written communication skills
Time management and attention to detail
Willingness to undertake a variety of tasks and responsibilities
