McClellands Consulting Engineers are a well-established, growing Ballarat business, looking to include a full time Project Administrator in their team. Based on the fringe of the CBD, you will be joining a very experienced group of professionals.
We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive, friendly attitude. You are able to demonstrate the ability to learn rapidly and can adapt to changing priorities without losing momentum or focus.
Excellent computer literacy & time management skills are considered key to your success. Experience in the construction, conveyancing or real estate industry will be highly regarded.
The duties of the role include, but are not limited to:
New project processing including updating and maintaining current project directories and lists on WorkflowMax, Outlook and Excel.
Principal project researcher
Receive and process field work notes, logs and photos
Preparation of reports, letters, correspondence and other documentation as directed
Assistance with drafting including setup and documentation (no former experience necessary)
Issuing of projects via email, post and over the counter, including printing of word, excel and some CAD documents
Maintaining paper and electronic filing system
Participate in and contribute to weekly project meetings
Relief reception duties
