Database Administrator | Residential Projects

The Company:
This property company is a market leader in the residential development projects sector in SEQ.

The Role:

This role is responsible for the administration management and processing of sales leads, CRM entry and reporting on various residential development projects across SEQ. This is a flexible position for the right candidate, and can be a 3-5 days per week, with 2 of the days on the weekend.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:
  • Management and tracking of sales leads.
  • Distribution of leads to the sales team.
  • Liaise with onsite sales teams relating to enquiry, leads and outcomes.
  • Data entry and database management.
  • Preparation of reports for management on enquiry sources, marketing outcomes and sales results.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
Requirements for this position:
  • Administration experience (real estate/property sector preferred).
  • High attention to detail, high typing speed and general computer proficiency.
  • Ability to forward think and plan ahead.
  • A proactive self starter who can work autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills - both oral and written.
  • Ability to problem solve.
