The Company: This property company is a market leader in the residential development projects sector in SEQ. The Role: This role is responsible for the administration management and processing of sales leads, CRM entry and reporting on various residential development projects across SEQ. This is a flexible position for the right candidate, and can be a 3-5 days per week, with 2 of the days on the weekend.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
Management and tracking of sales leads.
Distribution of leads to the sales team.
Liaise with onsite sales teams relating to enquiry, leads and outcomes.
Data entry and database management.
Preparation of reports for management on enquiry sources, marketing outcomes and sales results.
High attention to detail, high typing speed and general computer proficiency.
Ability to forward think and plan ahead.
A proactive self starter who can work autonomously.
Strong communication skills - both oral and written.
Ability to problem solve.
