Banjo's is a well established Bakery/Cafe Franchise with stores all over Australia. 

We are looking for a Full Time Administration Assistant to assist our Marketing and Operations Departments whilst also assisting with general office duties as required. 

Selection Criteria and Inherent requirements: 

  • Reception, secretarial and administrative experience 
  • Experience handling complaints 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products 
  • Experience with Adobe products (preferred but not essential) 
  • Impeccable phone etiquette 
  • Able to prioritise and multi task effectively 
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Minimal lifting required
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral. (The role requires some production and proof reading of content). 
  • Fast learner 
  • Able to meet specific deadlines as required
  • Positive, can do attitude and willing to take any challenge head on
  • Great attention to detail
  • Can interpret and follow instructions but also take initiative
