Qualifications & experience
Proven administration experience of at least 5 years.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word.
High level of attention to detail with strong problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently with a can-do attitude.
Fun, energetic, easy going team player!
Tasks & responsibilities
Accounts payable - manage procurement from beginning to end, raising purchase orders, entering invoices, arranging payments to suppliers.
Accounts receivable - raising and issuing invoices, debtor control.
Co-ordinating and scheduling deliveries and quality control of all product including tracking returns and replacements. Work closely with suppliers to place and track project orders.
Cash flow management assisting with overall financial control.
General office duties and support including renewing business registrations and licences, ordering stationery and ensuring studio runs professionally and efficiently.
Managing monthly recurring payments.
Reconciliation of bank statements.
Implementation of internal office systems and processes to provide the highest quality experience for our clients including management of samples and resources library.
Work closely with Design Director to provide exceptional administrative support, communication and service to clients, suppliers and project teams through our interior design software system.
