Qualifications & experience


  • Proven administration experience of at least 5 years.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word.
  • High level of attention to detail with strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a can-do attitude.
  • Fun, energetic, easy going team player!


Tasks & responsibilities


  • Accounts payable - manage procurement from beginning to end, raising purchase orders, entering invoices, arranging payments to suppliers.
  • Accounts receivable - raising and issuing invoices, debtor control.
  • Co-ordinating and scheduling deliveries and quality control of all product including tracking returns and replacements. Work closely with suppliers to place and track project orders.
  • Cash flow management assisting with overall financial control.
  • General office duties and support including renewing business registrations and licences, ordering stationery and ensuring studio runs professionally and efficiently.
  • Managing monthly recurring payments.
  • Reconciliation of bank statements.
  • Implementation of internal office systems and processes to provide the highest quality experience for our clients including management of samples and resources library.
  • Work closely with Design Director to provide exceptional administrative support, communication and service to clients, suppliers and project teams through our interior design software system.
