Marketing Manager - Construction

The Company
With over 40 years of experience in the Australian market, our client provides installation and maintenance solutions across Electrical, Data, Integration, Mech/Elec and Solar. They have a strong reputation within NSW where they have successfully completed a number of commercial, health, industrial and retail projects for leading builders and companies. Employing over 140 staff, they continue to grow due to their ability to deliver a quality product and service to their clients. 
  
  
The Role
This is a stand-alone role and to be successful you will have the following skills and experience.

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing 
  • Worked in an management role within marketing & events
  • Previously worked within the construction, engineering or industrial related industries.
  • Able to develop marketing strategy/campaigns and then execute
  • Managed and ran both internal and external events
  • Ran social media marketing 
  • Brand development
  • Managed internal communications against company values
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can-do positive attitude 
  • Driven and motivated

You will have ideally worked within a services focused environment (not product marketing) and have a hands-on, flexible approach. Your high attention to detail and commercial acumen will see you succeed in this lead role.
