Our company is in the building industry and we are seeking an experienced Office Administrator & Estimator.

A great full time, casual & part time opportunity is immediately available to join our southside branch for an enthusiastic individual who enjoys working in a team environment.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess the following attributes:

      Experience as an Estimator or Office Administrator is essential

      Previous experience in the building industry will be highly regarded    

      Motivated and energetic with an eagerness to learn

     Thorough and meticulous approach to tasks

      Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills

     Knowledge and experience in the construction process will be highly regarded

      Exceptional customer service skills

      Excellent computer skills

      Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook and Word

      Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

      Exceptional time management and attention to detail

      The ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role will involve but not limited to:

      Answering incoming calls in a professional manner

      Manage resources to ensure the timely completion of tenders/submissions

      Provide administration assistance to the manager

      Processing monthly schedules

      Entering data accurately and in a timely manner

      Creating estimates, invoices & orders

      Proficient filing

      Generate and produce reports

      Coordinating orders, pick-ups and deliveries

      Interacting with and building strong customer relationships with builders, construction managers and purchasing staff.

      Liaising between our on-site supervisors, sales representatives and our team of in-house administration staff

     Review plans and undertake plan take-offs for the purpose of estimating

     Provide feedback on solution product design improvements

     Assist with quotes on clients products and oversee the effective flow of this process from quote stage to delivery and handover as required
