Our client, a feedlot nutrition and animal performance consultancy have an opportunity for a highly experienced administrator to join their office. They pride themselves on being leaders within their sector in livestock consulting by offering quality, independent consulting advice that aims to maximise sustainability and profitability with their clients.
As the Snr Office Administrator within their Toowoomba team, you will:
Provide office support and perform livestock data entry tasks into MS Access;
Assist in report collation and writing;
Answer phones and greet customers;
Provide administrative support to all Consultants;
Arrange events, meetings and mini-conferences; and
Perform exec support to the Director.
The successful candidate will:
Enjoy working autonomously;
Be comfortable in prioritising and running their own workload;
Be proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Access;
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Have a high level of attention to detail;
Hold basic IT skills; and
Have their drivers licence and own vehicle.
This role will be one where the successful candidate will work autonomously, be self-reliant and comfortable working alone for extended periods of time. This office has minimal foot traffic and minimal incoming calls so a motivated approach will position you well for success. An agricultural and livestock background is ideal, however is not essential.
A minimum of five years' experience in administration is required and experience using both Apple and Windows platforms will be advantageous.
