Grand Tourer is an award winning vehicle restoration workshop and spare parts shop for Ford vehicles, circa 1967-1976. We take pride in being a widely recognised leader in the fiercely competitive Ford restoration industry, and our range of NOS and aftermarket spare parts and reconditioning services are second to none.
This full time position will suit the Ford enthusiast, as an understanding of the history of the vehicles and their nuances will definitely be advantageous. Other desired attributes for the successful candidate will include:
Previous working experience within a vehicle spare parts position,
Be well versed in computer based ordering, stock management and spare parts database maintenance,
Ability to quickly master new computer based ordering processes, product entry and maintenance, and customer invoicing,
A working knowledge of eBay listings and maintenance.
Daily duties will include direct and indirect customer interaction to raise invoices, receipt payments, prepare sold spare parts for shipment to customer, liaise with workshop staff re parts required and place orders with suppliers for same, telephone enquiries, online order management and EFTPOS/cash handling.
