Qualifications & experience


  • Bachelor of accounting
  • Must have 2 years of experience in an accounting role
  • Experience in the Healthcare industry highly attractive



Tasks & responsibilities


  • Providing support to the Accounts Director assisting with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Daily Accounts and Finance Management
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for the Directors
  • Manage general ledger and balance sheet
  • Assist the Accounts Director managing financial contracts with in the business
  • Support the growth of the business by preparing product costings to support the Sales Department
  • Assist with month-end reporting
  • Undertaking audits (Hire & Sales)
  • Adhoc duties as required




  • You will be joining a friendly team of 6 in the Accounts Department
  • Flexibility of (Full Time) hours
  • Based in Port Melbourne
