FULL TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIRED – IMMEDIATE START
A role has become available for a full time office Administrator. The client is after a highly organised individual who has fantastic customer service skills. Someone who can ‘role up the sleeves’ and get it done where needed, is confident to delegate and manage tasks to the right area/person and has excellent client management and administration experience. This is a full time position Mon - Fri with some weekend and night work.
Scheduling and Job Management
Previous Office Administration experience
Proven experience managing schedules
Sound I.T skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Hands on approach
Attention to detail
Valid Driver’s license
Available for the long term (6 months minimum commitment)
Excellent work ethic
Commercial cleaning experience
